Law Firm Seeking Experienced Immigration Staff Attorney in Multiple Locations
Frost Brown Todd, a leading full-service law firm, is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Staff Attorney for their offices in Cincinnati, Columbus, Louisville, or Houston. This is a non-partnership track position with an established and reputable AM Law 200 firm. Responsibilities: • Handle all aspects of business immigration matters, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, and other non-immigrant and immigrant visas • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents • Communicate with clients and government agencies • Provide support to attorneys and paralegals in the department
Requirements: • Minimum of 2 years of experience in business immigration • Excellent academic record • Strong written and oral communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Admission to a state bar is preferred, but not required
